Let's build something great together!

Exited founder+CFO of a nine-figure B2B American startup, now helping global founders scale with smart U.S. capital and top-tier tech talent from Central Asia.

About Me

About Me

I never planned to be a startup founder. I grew up in a small town in Kyrgyzstan, far from the world of venture capital and tech unicorns. But life had other plans...

During my MBA in the U.S. in 2013, a friend and I entered our school’s business plan competition, and that idea turned into Honorlock, a B2B edtech startup that grew into an industry leader with 150+ employees, $40M+ in venture funding, and patented technology.

Eight years later, the startup had outgrown its founders. I exited with a nice check, became a mother of two, and found my true passion—helping female founders build and scale great B2B companies.

At Honorlock, I learned that success isn’t just about great ideas—it’s about having the right people, capital, and strategy in place. That’s where I come in—connecting global founders, U.S. investors, and top-tier tech talent from Central Asia to build high-growth businesses.
